This adapter searches GitHub repositories across AI, LLM, agent, and RAG topics, stores daily StoryOps snapshots, and ranks repositories by stars gained since the previous snapshot. On the first run, before a prior snapshot exists, it ranks by current stars so the district is immediately usable.
